Low Carb Blueberry Pancake

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
2 tbsp.coconut flour
1 tsp.vanilla extract
¼ c.Blueberries

Directions:
1.      Spray skillet lightly with cooking spray and preheat over medium/high heat.
2.      Mix all ingredients well and cook like a pancake.

Makes 1 Serving.
