Here is a quick workout that requires no special equipment. All you need is a wall and a chair Perfect to do while traveling or any time you want to sneak a quick workout in.
Complete each exercise one right after the other.
Wall sit (1 minute)
Jumping Jacks (25)
Push Ups (25)
Jumping Lunges (25)
Chair Dips (25)
Rest for 1 to 2 minutes and repeat 2-3 more times.
