Gluten Free Lemon Cake

2 Eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
3 cup almond flour
1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray cake pan with cooking spray.

Combine baking powder with almond flour set aside.

Combine wet ingredients, yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla and lemon juice in a large bowl.  Slowly add the flour mixture and mix well.

Pour into prepared cake pan and bake approximately 45 mins.

Serving suggestion...top with fresh berries and a dollop of whip cream ;-)
